How does it work?

This program helps you to:

  • Assess your current stress level and become aware of the key pillars of your well-being.
  • Experience and practice different techniques to prevent overload, free up mental space, and release muscular tension.
  • Develop a personalized action plan with tailored strategies to support long-term well-being.

A few minutes a day to train your brain!


Just like physical exercise strengthens muscles and supports physical health, mental training boosts cognitive and emotional capacities.

The good news? A few minutes of practice each day are enough — and you can do it anywhere: at work, on the go, at home, etc.

Mental fitness training helps build a healthy and resilient mind, supporting a more fulfilling and balanced life while navigating responsibilities and personal enjoyment.

But how do you strengthen the brain?
We use guided reflection exercises to help you better understand your mental condition and activate the keys to a strong mindset. We also apply techniques such as:
• Neurofeedback
• Visualization
• Mindfulness
• Breathing techniques
• Relaxation
• Reflection on your choices and habits

The program is tailored to your needs and goals.
Most of the training happens between sessions — strengthening your focus, endurance, mental recovery and serenity. You choose your path, your purpose, and your destination.

The program is adaptable, but ideally includes 3 group sessions or 5 individual sessions.

Trusted Office Mentor, TOM, is a professional designated to assist employees in addressing work-related psychosocial issues while ensuring the confidentiality of their concerns.

To ensure the quality and flexibility of our services, I collaborate with Sarah Maurin (www.cabinetletincelle.com) to better support you, each of us bringing our own expertise.

Sessions are offered either in-person at my office (in Lausanne Fon) or Sarah’s (in Sion) or via video conference, depending on your needs.
